Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shinobi RPG bot (the "Service") on Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of the Service immediately and remove the bot from your server.

2. Rules of Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from the Service:

Automation & Scripting: Using automated scripts, macros, or self-bots to interact with the Service or gain an unfair advantage.
Exploitation: Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain currency, items, or experience. Critical bugs must be reported through official support channels.
Harassment: Using the Service to harass, threaten, or insult other users.
Unauthorized Trading: Selling or trading in-game items, currency, or accounts for real-world currency outside of authorized channels.
Service Interference: Intentionally spamming commands to disrupt or degrade the performance of the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, jutsus, artwork, and all associated content, is the property of RsThunderbird. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on the Discord platform.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or stability of the Service. We are not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or perceived losses resulting from gameplay.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in cases where these terms are violated.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
