Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shinobi RPG bot (the "Service") on Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of the Service immediately and remove the bot from your server.

2. Rules of Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from the Service:

• Automation & Scripting: Using automated scripts, macros, or self-bots to interact with the Service or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation: Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain currency, items, or experience. Critical bugs must be reported through official support channels.
• Harassment: Using the Service to harass, threaten, or insult other users.
• Unauthorized Trading: Selling or trading in-game items, currency, or accounts for real-world currency outside of authorized channels.
• Service Interference: Intentionally spamming commands to disrupt or degrade the performance of the Service.

3. Virtual Items & Shop Policy

Shinobi Shards are digital, virtual items intended solely for use within the Shinobi RPG Service for entertainment purposes. These Shards:

• No Real-World Value: Shinobi Shards possess no real-world monetary value and do not constitute property or a financial instrument.
• Non-Transferable: Shards cannot be exchanged, redeemed, resold, or withdrawn for real-world currency or any value outside of the Service.
• No Gambling: The Shinobi RPG Shop does not sell, promote, or condone gambling-related mechanics. All purchases are for specific, non-randomized digital assets.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases of Shinobi Shards are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered immediately and your right to withdrawal is waived.

In exceptional or extreme case scenarios, users may reach out to our support team via the Official Support Server for a manual case review. However, issuance of a refund remains at the sole discretion of the Service administration.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, jutsus, artwork, and all associated content, is the property of RsThunderbird. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on the Discord platform.

6. Advertisements & Monetization

The Service utilizes rewarded advertisements (including videos and banners) to fund server maintenance and ongoing development. Users are rewarded with in-game currency or items for their interaction with these advertisements.

Disclaimer of Responsibility: Advertisements are served by third-party providers. Shinobi RPG does not endorse, curate, or take responsibility for the content, external links, or security of any third-party advertisements. Users occupy their own risk when interacting with advertising content.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or stability of the Service. We are not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or perceived losses resulting from gameplay.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in cases where these terms are violated.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
